This is a story of a 15-year-old named Devin William Obrey, and eventually his friend group and the “organization” he is a part of.
Devin was incarcerated for Grand Theft Auto (the crime, not the game), 4 COUNTS of it. He is a smart, crafty, and strong guy who doesn’t look for trouble but rather solutions.
SETTING, DATE, AND PLACE:
It is set in Pennsylvania in 2008 at the beginning and 2016 at the end (for now, I can’t pinpoint the end date).
Date: oops, I already mentioned it.
Place: Downtown Philly.
Devin does get into trouble—spoiler alert.
Devin’s Appearance: at 15 years old, he is 5’11. Pretty tall. Wavy brown hair that’s pretty thick. A buff guy who wears a backward hat.
