Written by Trump Card is a normal-type move. Trump Card ignores lowered accuracy always hits and deals damage, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable round of a move like Dig or Fly.
The move’s remaining PP after use (including applying Pressure) determines the strength of the Trump Card, which gains strength when the move’s PP is reduced.
