Hey, guys. I thought I would talk to all of you on how to be healthier. What I mean by that is to improve what you eat, how much exercise you get, and how much water you drink.
I’ll start off by saying that I’m not a doctor or anything like that, but I wanted to help the people who are having a little bit of struggle with their health. (Even if you are healthy, I still just wanna make sure you are in your best health at all times).
1. Drink Lots Of Water.
I struggle to drink water, as I’m very dehydrated. I recommend taking a bottle of water with you everywhere you go so you don’t forget. I know that sometimes we forget. The average person should drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.
2. Eat Lots Of Fruits and Veggies.
Sure, not all veggies and fruits taste amazing, but they are very important. Did you know that they protect you from cancers such as skin cancer or bone cancer? So I would highly recommend eating fruits every morning and veggies at different times each day.
3. How Much Should The Average Person Weigh?
It depends on how old and tall the person is. But here is a chart of the average weight of the average person in the U.S. (Depending on their age).
Age 1- (boy) 25.2 lbs
Age 1- (girl) 24 lbs
Age 5- (boy) 46.6 lbs
Age 5- (girl) 45 lbs
Age 9- (boy) 74.4 lbs
Age 9- (girl) 82.7 lbs
Age 13- (boy) 133.1 lbs
Age 13- (girl) 122.4 lbs
And so on. But everyone’s different.
4. How Much Exercise Should I Be Doing?
The average person should at least go for one walk a day. And you should try to ride a bike or a scooter around as well.
5. What Foods Aren’t Good For Me?
You should try to avoid high-processed sugars and fried foods, but here are the ones you should avoid most of the time (And why).
Fried Foods– Diabetes, heart attacks, obesity.
High processed sugars– Elevate your blood fat, increasing your heart disease risk.
Carbs– Quick energy, rapid rise of blood sugar.
There are more, but those are the main ones.
6. What Food Groups Should I Eat A Lot Of?
1. Veggies and Fruits
2. Dairy
3. Healthy fats
4. Nuts
5. Fibers
And lots more.
Hopefully, this helped you to become healthier!
Bye….
