People
Kids are definitely going to be more rude and inappropriate these years because they have more access to not safe social media platforms like TikTok.
Another reason they will be more rude is because they want attention in this big world or they want to seem cool with all of these high standards.
They may also just like getting people’s reactions by being mean, physically or verbally. (Even if they are not shoving you etc. But they are constantly making you cry or be hurt, it is still bullying!)
My best advice is to ignore, because, although teachers tell you to stand up for yourself they will see you instead of the bully and you will get in more trouble.
Schooling
Teachers will be more strict and the class will not be as fun, you will have way more homework, so get ready! Your classes will be longer and you may not have recess anymore.
Try to pay attention and take good notes so that you get good grades… um… unlike me (hee hee)
You
Your body will be changing a lot in middle school (including you boys! 😉) Hormones start acting up around this age and you will see changes.
In 6th and 7th grade boys are shorter than girls, but between 7th and 8th grade, boys will get very tall! (hopefully) Also, don’t make the mistake of having a girlfriend/ boyfriend yet.
I admit, I had a boyfriend at the beginning of the year, but he was too clingy, distracting me from school. If you can handle the distraction, you probably can, but keep in mind, that not all parents agree with this at this age!
Also, I know I put this at the end, but this is very important- wear deodorant because we are all stinky in middle school, be strong in your faith, don’t care about other’s opinions on your looks, (someone said my hair looks as frizzy as grass) and stay awesome! ♡
