Written by The Voynich is a manuscript dating back to around the 15th century. The thing about it is, nobody can understand the writing in it. Now depicted as “Voynichese,” there are many theories about where this came from, from angels and aliens to a hoax or a code. The manuscript is named after Wilfred Voynich, who bought it in 1912. In 1969, it was moved to Yale University.
