Welcome back. Most of the previous features are being migrated to this new version that is much faster and offers a lot more flexibility to improve things. We are also working to improve the theme/look of it. In the older version, you were always submitting posts to be reviewed and were the only one seeing your post until it was approved, so that has not really changed.
