Every week (or as many as I am available) I (or possibly someone else) will post a topic of the week, and that week people post memes related to that topic. (You can post other memes too, if you want.) On the next MTotW post, I will announce my favorite themed meme of the week. (Heh heh, theme meme. Nice.)
